Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP (EPM) DATA Migration - Assistant Manager in Makati, with a hybrid work setup. The role requires leading end-to-end SAP data migration initiatives, coordinating across cross-geo teams, and ensuring delivery of data mapping, testing, and cutover activities.

Morning shift role with a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week) in Makati. Eligibility targets local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years SAP implementation and support experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and propose TO BE processes per SAP best practices.
• Strong business process knowledge across SAP core functions: SD, MM, FI.
• Perform root cause analysis; coordinate across modules; manage multiple engagements.
• Hands-on with CVI, IDOC, BAPI, LSMW; LTMC/LTMOM; data mapping in SAP BODS.

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
• MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with functional team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts.
• Individual should have end to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects, good mentoring, and coaching skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Should have knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements along with test case documents, test plan.
• Individual should have knowledge or hands on experience on SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps.
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

Requirement:

• Should have minimum 8+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
• Individual would be required to participate in Business workshops, gather business requirements & to be able to propose TO BE Processes as per best practices
• Individual needs to have very strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions- SD, MM, FI.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution, thought leadership, managing multiple engagements, Team Operations etc.

Must Have in candidate:

• Should have experience in SAP Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
• Individual Should have worked on Customer and Vendor Integration (CVI)
• Hands on experience in IDOC, BAPI, LSMW
• Hands on experience in LTMC, LTMOM
• Ability to interpret, configure and implement data mapping/transformation business rule into SAP BODS
