The role supports successful delivery of customer projects across the SuccessCX services portfolio, coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring on-time delivery aligned to customer objectives. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, SaaS familiarity, and is ready to grow in project delivery within a fast-paced customer-experience

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of customer projects alongside the Service Delivery Manager to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Coordinate projects through full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, risks, decisions, and status reports.
• Monitor progress against milestones and KPIs; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with scope definition and planning during pre-sales and initiation stages.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for project coordination; maximize Zendesk/HubSpot value.
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams.
