Job summary

Beepo is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist with licensing solutions, order fulfilment, and cross-functional coordination across the supply chain. The role requires handling procurement processes, supplier interactions, and timely responses to customer inquiries in a hybrid Clark, Pampanga setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer-focused or administrative roles, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer focused or administrative support role, ideally in ICT
• Experience dealing with customers and vendors at all organizational levels
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines
• Strong understanding of systems and processes/automation
• A sense of urgency and proactive problem solving
• Ability to provide clear, accurate communication with stakeholders
• Familiarity with procurement and order fulfilment processes

Responsibilities

• Provide order fulfilment and support across the supply chain
• Aim for agreed customer satisfaction and SLA targets
• Respond timely to customer queries and coordinate with sales
• Maintain accurate inventory and SOH
• Assist with supplier performance and change requests
• Collaborate with Sales and Licensing teams on orders and profiles
• Ensure QA guidelines and data accuracy across processes
• Support warehouse activities and invoice/dispatch requests
• Monitor licensing email for purchasing issues and resolve
• Forward/replenishment orders with proper approvals
• Record delivery dates on purchase orders for supplier delivery
• Handle cost adjustments as approved
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain latest delivery information
• Escalate ETA issues to Team Leader
• Maintain documentation and adjust workflows to meet business needs
