This is an end-to-end recruitment role, owning the lifecycle from intake through to offer acceptance and helping build high-performing offshore teams by sourcing top talent across tech, retail, marketing, and finance.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage the full interview process, and drive hiring decisions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for retail, marketing, e-commerce, and niche profiles.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles concurrently, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding readiness.
• Partner with hiring directors/managers/clients to calibrate candidate profiles and maintain clear communication.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for volume and niche retail, marketing, and e-commerce roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit prior to stakeholder endorsement.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, manage rescheduling, no-shows, and pipeline updates; build strong candidate relationships.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and support hiring managers in evaluating final candidates.
• Lead offer negotiations and manage the full offer process through to acceptance.
• Oversee pre-employment requirements ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Maintain recruitment data, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality of hires.
