Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Recruitment.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source technical candidates using Boolean Search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial screening of technical candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Review and assess technical resumes and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain qualified technical talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely recruitment updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer management, salary negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Help improve sourcing strategies and recruitment turnaround time.
• Stay updated on technology roles, technical skills, and talent market trends.
