enablesGROUP is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, focusing on niche roles across tech, retail, marketing, and finance. You will lead from role intake to offer, partnering with stakeholders to build offshore teams and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You’ll own sourcing strategy, screen candidates, and drive negotiations while coordinating interviews and pre-employment steps in a hybrid setup (Pasig, Philippines). Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience hiring for retail, marketing, creative and e-commerce roles, including niche profiles.
• Strong candidate screening, stakeholder management and offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, from intake to onboarding readiness.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and maintain clear communication.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for volume and niche roles across retail, marketing, and e-commerce.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and lead offer negotiations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate pipelines and feedback.
