enablesGROUP in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a proactive Sourcing Assistant (Project-based) to join the talent acquisition team. You will identify and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels and build a candidate pipeline for current and future roles.

The role involves collaborating with recruiters, managing outreach to passive candidates, and coordinating assessments and interviews with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full lifecycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruiting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates who meet the required skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach and networking efforts.
• Schedules and organizes assessments & interviews with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders; ensures that no shows are rescheduled for
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidate resumes and profiles to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Provide timely updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
