Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for investment accounting applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and support production activities.
• Coordinate with internal and client-facing teams to resolve complex issues.
• Engage with testing cycles and UAT activities with client teams.
• Document recurring issues and updates to support product quality.
