Qualifications

• Prior US banking or finance experience; personal banking or mobile banking experience preferred.
• Experience with credit and debit processing and banking deposits.
• Experience in Teller Deposits and Lending roles.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues in banking software.
• Process financial transactions and manage operational controls.
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Provide expert product support and recreate client issues in test env.
• Document issues and collaborate with IT, product development and clients.
