Job summary

FIS SG Systems Philippines Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Technical Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for investment accounting applications, helping clients maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations.

You will troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, support production activities, and collaborate with internal and client‑facing teams to resolve complex business and technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience in application support, production support, client services, or related support function.
• Knowledge of financial services, investment accounting, fund accounting, or financial instruments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support on the IAM platform, resolving client queries promptly.
• Triage issues, perform log analysis, and recreate client scenarios to identify root causes.
• Manage daily production support, including IAM BAU tickets and system issues.
• Monitor batch processes and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
• Understand client setups and multi-account configurations.
• Liaise with Product Development, CIO, PS, Operations, and ESM to prioritize issues.
• Collaborate with client teams for daily operations, testing cycles, UAT, and alignment.
• Document recurring issues, fixes, and process updates for knowledge management.
• Engage EIM for major incidents; follow governance and SLA; prepare RCA notes.
• Build domain knowledge in NAV, pricing, FX, amortization, and corporate actions.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and performance optimization.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
