Job summary

Lions Floor is seeking an Inside Sales Support to back the outside sales team and dealer network in a hybrid, night‑shift role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. This position emphasizes sales outreach, account management, and customer service to grow market share.

You will engage with existing and prospective customers, nurture leads, coordinate orders with Logistics, support promotions, and maintain accurate CRM/ERP records to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support in a B2B environment (flooring/building materials preferred).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sales Outreach & Lead Nurturing – call on inactive accounts and re‑engage business.
• Follow up with dealers on aged or pending orders to secure delivery dates.
• Promote promotions, pricing specials, SPIF programs, and merchandising opportunities.
• Coordinate dealer sample and merchandising requests and track compliance.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to resolve order issues.
• Handle end‑user claim calls and provide resolution guidance.
• Assist in claims returns and gather customer feedback for service improvement.
