REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic Telesales Representatives team in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. You will drive campaign execution, reporting, and process improvements while balancing people management with sales insights.

The role requires a Bachelor/College degree and 1–2 years of B2B sales leadership, with strong communication and coaching skills. Night shift flexibility and CI/Agile culture adaptation are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor/College degree required.
1-2 years of B2B sales leadership experience preferred.
Experience leading sales-focused calls-related teams preferred.
Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Amenable to night shift or flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Telesales Representatives to deliver campaign execution and reporting.
Ensure timely, accurate delivery of assignments and performance metrics.
Coach and mentor team members; manage attendance and performance reviews.
Monitor and improve processes, tools, and governance across regions.
Submit operation status reports to local leadership and stakeholders.
Drive initiatives to improve sales pipeline and revenue generation.
