Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Spanish bilingual Technical Support Representative to assist patients and providers with Dexcom CGM products. You will troubleshoot mobile apps and cloud services, access and update records, and provide high-quality support across channels.

Qualifications

• HND level educated and/or 1+ years of relevant customer/technical support experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X and common browsers.
• Experience supporting mobile apps (iOS/Android) and cloud-based reporting.
• Experience handling multiple social media channels for support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and listening skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a rotating schedule including evenings/holidays.
• Independent worker with ability to collaborate with other teams.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient and clinician inquiries, product/service concerns, and technical issues related to Dexcom apps and hardware.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients and medical professionals; coordinate with advocacy teams.
• Respond to calls, emails, and forms with troubleshooting tips and instructions.
• Document, analyze patient/product data, and process replacements or samples as needed.
• Participate in new product training and ensure quality system and privacy compliance.
