HRTX is seeking an IT PMO Senior Business Analyst in Makati. The role focuses on gathering process information, documenting pain points, and producing gap analyses to support transformation projects within the PMO.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience, strong requirements facilitation skills, and solid business-technology understanding, with CBAP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related courses.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in related field.
• Ability to facilitate, research, model and define requirements.
• Good understanding of business and technology.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Preferably Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• With good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather information from respective process owners and document all pain points.
• Create gap analysis document that will help the team in the evaluation process for the applicable transformation project that fits the requirements and the goal of the process owner as well as the firm.
