Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in Makati seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, map current and future processes, and work with developers to ensure clear functional specifications. The role covers HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or workforce management system implementations, and involves coordinating UAT, testing, data validation, and go-live support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/related field.
• At least 3 years in Business Analysis or HRIS-related work.
• Hands-on in requirements gathering, process analysis, mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with system testing, UAT coordination, and implementation.

Mansioni

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with users and stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and system capabilities to identify gaps and improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and tests.
• Develop and maintain BA documents: business rules, design docs, maps, work instructions, and user stories.
