Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions across enterprise applications.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for internal IT teams and third-party vendors. From planning through testing, documentation, user training, and post-go-live support, you’ll ensure delivered solutions align with strategic objectives and operational needs, while maintaining traceable project

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or IT service management.
• Industry background in retail, mall operations, commercial real estate is a strong plus.
• Frameworks & Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management.
• Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, PMI-PMP/CAPM, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to document business requirements and design process flows.
• Gather and translate functional and non-functional needs into precise technical specs for developers and vendor partners.
• Execute end-to-end testing cycles to validate systems meet acceptance criteria.
• Partner with IT Project Managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring risks.
• Maintain project documentation, assist with change management, deliver end-user training, and provide post-implementation support.

About the Role

The Junior IT Business Analyst serves as the vital link between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into clear specifications for internal IT teams and third-party vendors.

Supporting enterprise application projects end-to-end - from initial planning through testing, documentation, user training, and post-go-live support - this role ensures delivered solutions directly align with strategic business objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Engage stakeholders to document business requirements, design process flows, define use cases, and perform gap analysis to optimize workflows.

• Requirements & Specification Development: Gather and translate functional and non-functional business needs into precise technical specifications for developers and vendor partners.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Execute end-to-end testing cycles to validate that configured systems meet functional, technical, and business acceptance criteria.

• Project Delivery & Risk Management: Partner with IT Project Managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring progress and managing project risks.

• Documentation & Change Support: Maintain traceable project documentation, assist with change management, deliver end-user training, and provide post-implementation application support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Work Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or IT service management.

• Industry Background: Prior experience in retail, mall operations, commercial real estate, or related industries is a strong plus.

• Frameworks & Methodologies: Solid exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.

• Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, PMI-PMP/CAPM, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage. (any will do)
