Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Makati for a full-time onsite role with potential hybrid arrangements.

The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and system requirements for technology initiatives, and drive process improvements through automation and digital solutions. The role requires 3+ years of BA experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
3+ years as IT Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise apps or digital transformation.
Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, system implementation, and SDLC methodologies.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps or similar.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for technology initiatives.
Analyze processes to identify automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
Develop BRDs, functional specs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT projects.
Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Support UAT, change management, training, and post-deployment support.
