MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City is seeking an HR and Payroll Specialist to support onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate payroll processing. The role follows a hybrid schedule with night shifts and alignment to U.S. Eastern Time hours.

You will manage HRIS inputs, recruit coordination tasks, and collaborate across platforms to verify data, process bonuses, and maintain compliance for a U.S.-based client while contributing to a positive, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR administration, payroll support, recruitment coordination, or high-volume data entry.
• Exceptional accuracy and ability to meet fixed payroll deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential PII with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding by sending paperwork and tracking start dates.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Verify pre-payroll inputs with audit trails before cutoffs.
• Manage recruiting operations: post jobs, screen resumes, route candidates.
• Track Ops Excellence scorecards and driver qualification files; assist applicants.
