MicroSourcing is hiring an HR and Payroll Specialist in Libis, Quezon City. This hybrid role covers onboarding coordination, maintaining records, payroll input verification, recruitment operations, and regulatory compliance, with night shift aligned to US Eastern hours.

You will handle confidential data, use Excel and HRIS/payroll tools, and connect with US-based requirements. The position offers healthcare on day one, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, recruiting coordination, or high-volume data entry.
• Exceptional accuracy and ability to meet fixed payroll deadlines.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and multiple administrative systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate new-employee onboarding by sending paperwork and tracking documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems for hires, changes, leaves, and separations.
• Verify pre-payroll inputs each cycle with audit trails before cutoffs.
• Manage recruiting operations: post job descriptions, screen resumes, route candidates.
• Track daily Ops Excellence scorecards and driver files, including MVR requests and regulatory compliance.
