Responsibilities

• Payroll & benefits data gathering for processing.
• Onboarding and offboarding coordination and record updates.
• Answer HR policy inquiries with discretion and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly HR metrics and support compliance filings.
• Maintain digital and physical employee files and exit records.
