Job summary

LAdmins, a remote-friendly company servicing U.S. operations, seeks an HR Generalist in the Philippines to own onboarding, payroll support, and daily HR tasks.

You will work closely with our U.S.-based team, applying US rules and state-specific requirements to keep processes compliant and employees supported from day one. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of US HR experience, hands-on onboarding (I-9/E-Verify), payroll knowledge (ADP/Paychex/Gusto), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HR experience handling US employees in a US state (e.g. CA, NY, TX, FL).
• Hands-on onboarding experience including I-9 and E-Verify.
• Working knowledge of US payroll processes and platforms (ADP/Paychex/Gusto).
• Solid understanding of federal and state employment rules (FLSA/FMLA).
• Experience with an HRIS and with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily US team communication.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Run full onboarding process for new hires (offer, I-9, E-Verify, setup, orientation).
• Provide payroll support and track hours, PTO, deductions; liaise with payroll providers.
• Ensure HR compliance with wage, hour, leave, postings, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and audit-ready HRIS data.
• Serve as the point of contact for HR questions and employee relations matters.
• Support HR operations, policy updates, handbook maintenance, and benefits administration.
