Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in HR, strong customer service, analytical skills, and knowledge of Philippine labor laws, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR functions.
• Experience with case management, inquiries, issue resolution, and HR support services.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process employee life cycle changes in HR system and meet SLA targets.
• Handle HR processes such as hiring, position changes, transfers, pay changes, absences and terminations.
• Support records management including sorting, scanning, indexing and invoicing.
• Assist across HR Operations and Payroll sub-functions as needed.
• Administer statutory benefits including SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
• Resolve service requests and document in Case Management Tool.
