Job summary

Datawords Philippines is seeking an HR Associate to own end-to-end payroll, oversee total rewards and manage HR operations. You will handle data, transactions and analytics to ensure accurate payroll and compliant reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll/HRIS with strong analytical skills and a collaborative, multicultural mindset. Hybrid work setup and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS administration.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll ownership, including data extraction, adjustments and statutory reporting.
• Oversee Total Rewards programs and benchmarking to market standards.
• HR Operations & Analytics: manage HR tools, workflows and reporting to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee master records and audit-ready documentation.
