Speed Commerce in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and guide talent acquisition strategy. You will coordinate payroll, benefits, and onboarding while advising on employee relations in a high-impact, cross-functional role.

The position focuses on ensuring HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws, maintaining HRIS data, and delivering insightful HR metrics to leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar multifaceted HR role.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll coordination is a must.
• Proven experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate payroll and administer government-mmandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO, and other perks.
• Advise managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate HR metrics for decision-making.
• Support onboarding workflows to reflect culture and operational efficiency.
• Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
