You will lead initiatives from planning through implementation, strengthen business processes, and ensure measurable value across the organization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or change management principles.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Visio, Power BI, Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Monitor scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests; ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate governance activities, including status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Mentor team members and hold stakeholders accountable for objectives.
