Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple onboarding projects within timelines and budget.
• Strong expertise in structured project methodologies.
• Leadership in managing customers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cyber security.
• Knowledge of QA validation and verification principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong ITIL fundamentals.
• PMI certification or equivalent (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful customer engagement and end-to-end project delivery.
• Review proposals and SOW to identify gaps, risks, or missing information.
• Identify resource requirements, constraints, and dependencies and define delivery strategies.
• Manage hardware, software, and systems delivery to provide scalable managed services solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Designers, and Delivery SMEs to translate requirements into clear project deliverables.
• Estimate project costs, create budgets, and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget constraints; facilitate clear communication among project teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Provide timely status updates, reports and documentation.
• Enhance delivery templates to improve accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Support project governance by adhering to agreed delivery methodologies and best practices.
