- Experience leading multi-functional, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
- Strong command of KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, workforce management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to achieve productivity, quality, service, and business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and operational performance to drive improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage data and analytics to support strategic decisions and operational effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Lead multi-functional remote teams to deliver consistent results.
