Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or change management principles.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Visio, Power BI, Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Monitor scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests; ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate governance activities, including status reports and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience with process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement frameworks
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Visio, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or similar project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, mentoring, and accountability
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Delivery
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Monitor scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including status reports, steering committee presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Hold project team members and stakeholders accountable for agreed objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Business Process Analysis and Improvement

• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, operational risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Lead process‑mapping activities using flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, process guides, value stream maps, and other approved methodologies.
• Facilitate process‑redesign workshops and develop future‑state workflows aligned with business requirements and long‑term strategies.
• Recommend process, technology, policy, and organizational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Strengthen the Transformation Office by supporting the development, standardization, and optimization of tools, forms, and frameworks.

Change Management and Implementation

• Lead change management efforts that support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training approaches.
• Coordinate implementation activities, readiness assessments, and deployment support.
• Monitor adoption and address resistance through proactive stakeholder engagement.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, project sponsors, and cross‑functional partners.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision‑making sessions.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Align stakeholders with project goals, priorities, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

Performance Measurement and Benefits Realization

• Define and monitor project success measures, key performance indicators, and operational metrics.
• Track project benefits and business outcomes against approved objectives.
• Use data and operational insights to support informed decision‑making.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and lessons‑learned sessions.
