Qualifications

• 8+ years in BPO with at least 5 years in operations leadership.
• Experience leading multifunctional, remote, or distributed teams.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing operational metrics, SLAs, productivity, quality.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management, staffing optimization.
• Proficiency in process improvement, budgeting, cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
