Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to connect offshore professionals with Australia-based programs. This full-time role offers a day shift, hybrid work setup in Makati or Alabang, and a path to grow within a global delivery team.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, use LinkedIn Recruiter, and partner with hiring managers to fill program-management roles while advancing your career through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in project or program management recruitment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive and proactive can-do attitude.
• Strong flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Must reside within 30 minutes to 1 hour of either the Makati or Alabang office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, qualification, and closing.
• Place qualified offshore professionals with clients based in Australia.
• Provide applicants with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with the preparation of interview packs and recruitment materials; perform administrative duties to support HR and recruitment operations.
