Emapta is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the global outsourcing sector. You will drive planning, execution, and measurable value, working with cross-functional teams and global leaders in a hybrid setup in Makati.

The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery with opportunities for mentorship and career growth within Emapta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management principles.
• Proficiency in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Visio, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risk registers, and communications plans.
• Monitor scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and issues.
