Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience with process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Visio, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or similar project management and collaboration tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, mentoring, and accountability
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification is advantageous but not required
