Job summary

Emapta Global is hiring a Product Owner who will shape roadmaps, prioritize customer value, and guide Agile delivery for data management and analytics initiatives. The role is hybrid in Makati, Philippines, with a day/mid shift and weekends off.

The candidate should have 5+ years in stakeholder-facing roles, strong Scrum/Agile experience, and a proven ability to transform insights into executable requirements while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in stakeholder-facing roles with backlog ownership.
Experience with product discovery, user testing, and refinement.
Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
Manage product roadmap, budget, scope, risks, and timelines.
Maintain a prioritized backlog and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers to deliver features.
Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress.
Lead Agile ceremonies and promote continuous process improvements.
