True North Insights is a global expert network connecting organizations with subject matter experts to inform strategic decisions. The Associate on Client Services owns end-to-end engagement from sourcing to scheduling, working across time zones to meet client needs with urgency and impact.

Role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a Bachelor's degree, and 6–36 months of client-facing experience. Training is on-site in Makati during the initial period, with hybrid/remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in client-facing roles a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling.
• Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones.
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams.
• Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise.
• Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through.
