Job summary

True North Insights in the Philippines is seeking an Associate on our Client Services team to own projects that shape client outcomes. You will source experts, manage fast-moving communications, and coordinate logistics as the primary link between client needs and insight delivery.

The role is front-line, requires excellent English, strong time management, and a proactive, accountable mindset. Training includes on-site presence in Makati during the initial period, with hybrid/remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 6–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience, especially in client-facing roles.
• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; can write concise emails to senior executives.
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English.
• Thrive in deadline-driven environments and take ownership of results.

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling.

From sourcing experts to managing fast-moving communications and coordinating logistics, you’ll operate as the key driver between client needs and insight delivery. This is a front-line, client-facing role for driven professionals who thrive on responsibility, urgency, and impact.

No two days are the same. One hour you might be supporting a consulting firm evaluating grocery eCommerce by sourcing a former Fortune 10 executive; the next, helping a hedge fund understand aviation trends by recruiting a European airline specialist—under deadline.

• Strong fluency in verbal and written English
• Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship
