True North Insights is a global expert network connecting organizations with subject matter experts to inform strategic decisions. As an Associate on the Client Services team, you will own end-to-end engagements, from sourcing experts to coordinating logistics, collaborating with clients across time zones.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with hybrid/remote work and an initial night shift during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 6 months of relevant professional experience (client-facing role is a plus).
• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; ability to conduct professional calls and write clear emails to senior executives.
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
• Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results.
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling.
• Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones.
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams.
• Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise.
• Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through.
