Job summary

True North Insights is seeking an Associate on our Client Services team in Manila to own projects that influence client outcomes. You will source experts, manage communications, and coordinate logistics, serving as the key link between client needs and insight delivery.

You will speak with senior executives across industries, manage tight timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Initial training may include night shifts as part of a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (strong academic performance).
• At least 6 months of relevant professional experience (client-facing role is a plus).
• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; ability to conduct professional calls and write clear emails to senior executives.
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
• Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results.
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own expert engagement end-to-end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling.

As an Associate on our Client Services team, you’ll take full ownership of projects that directly influence our clients’ strategic outcomes. From sourcing experts to managing fast-moving communications and coordinating logistics, you’ll operate as the key driver between client needs and insight delivery. This is a front-line, client-facing role for driven professionals who thrive on responsibility, urgency, and impact.

No two days are the same. One hour you might be supporting a consulting firm evaluating grocery eCommerce by sourcing a former Fortune 10 executive; the next, helping a hedge fund understand aviation trends by recruiting a European airline specialist—under deadline.

Recruitment Process
