Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in BPO, 2-3 years in Process Improvement and Business Transformation.
• Experience in domains such as Social Media, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecom, etc.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for digital transformation.
• Collaborate to gather business requirements for digital initiatives.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and insights guiding transformation.
• Coordinate with teams to implement solutions for business needs.
• Assist in managing change during transitions to digital systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates.
• Stay updated on digital technology trends for customer benefit.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to digital initiatives.
• Monitor performance of transformation initiatives and recommend improvements.
