Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall experience in BPO.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Process Improvement and Business Transformation.
• Experience in domains such as Social Media, Healthcare, Telecom, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Use data analysis to guide digital transformation strategies.
• Develop digital solutions to meet business needs.
