Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall experience in BPO.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as Process Improvement and Business Transformation.
• Background as Data Analyst, Process Analyst, or Technical Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze current business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Use data analysis tools to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and design digital solutions with technical teams.
• Coordinate with IT teams for successful implementation.
• Assist in managing organizational change to new systems.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous learning on digital technology trends.
• Identify and mitigate risks in transformation initiatives.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
