Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Transformation roles.
• Must have experience in a BPO/shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis, and value stream analysis.
• Experience in business trend analysis and performance reporting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite).
• Flexible to work with different time zones when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct business trend analysis to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and value stream mapping to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Develop business cases, project documentation, and performance reports.
• Support project planning and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings for process changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with overall business strategy.
