Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall experience in BPO.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Process Improvement and Business Transformation.
• Experience in domains like Social Media, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecom, FnA, Manufacturing, HiTech, Retail, BFSI, Ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze current business processes and identify areas for digital transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Use data analysis tools to identify trends and insights.
• Work with technical teams to design digital solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and project managers for project implementation.
• Assist with change management as the organization transitions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to present recommendations.
• Ensure continuous learning on digital technology trends.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
