• Experience in Social Media / Healthcare / Life Sciences / Telecom / F&A / Manufacturing / HiTech / Retail / BFSI / E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze current business processes for digital transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Use data analysis tools to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and design digital solutions with technical teams.
• Coordinate the project implementation with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage change during transitions to new systems.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Stay updated on digital technology trends.
• Identify and mitigate risks in digital initiatives.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements.

Skills

Six Sigma YB or GB

PMP certified

Good analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools

Customer service orientation

Data Analyst, Process Analyst, and Technical Analyst background

BPM and PM tools (FIGMA, VISIO, Jira, Microsoft Suite, MindMapping Tools)

Good oral and written communication
