Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Delivers outstanding service to high-value customers by providing solutions to grow relationships.
• Supports channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provides personalized customer service by responding to customers' needs.
• Participates in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieves or exceeds daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
