Responsibilities include resolving issues, maintaining relationships with high-value users, and participating in ongoing training to meet daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Tagalog and English.
• Bisaya ability is a plus.
• Willing to work shifting schedule and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to high-value customers and grow relationships.
• Support channels like Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provide personalized customer service addressing customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
