Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client-facing roles experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English.
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
