You will monitor performance, coach staff, handle escalations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements while aiming to meet daily and monthly targets. Ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Hire, lead, train, coach, and mentor associates and team leads.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Handle escalated customer issues and work toward resolution.
