Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service across calls, email, and chat. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help grow customer relationships while thriving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in customer service, strong bilingual communication in Tagalog and English, and optional Bisaya. Shifts are in-person with rotating schedules, plus perks like free meals and gym access.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English.
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
