Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to respond to inquiries by phone, email, or chat and to deliver outstanding service that strengthens customer relationships.

You'll work from our Manila hub with flexible options to be onsite, remote, or hybrid, across shifting schedules while keeping riders and drivers satisfied.

Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year in customer service, strong English and Tagalog, and Bisaya is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Bisaya language is a plus.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to resolve issues.
• Provide outstanding service to high-value customers and build relationships.
• Support channels including Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Deliver personalized service by addressing customer needs.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets as directed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
