Qualifications

• 2+ years of Account Management experience.
• Exceptional level of commitment towards Customer Experience.
• Preference for BPO industry exposure; willing to render night shift if needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare reports or decks.
• Track project timelines and deliverables; follow up with support, ops, marketing.
• Monitor inventory and shipments for client-owned assets; coordinate with HR and procurement.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for client visits; monitor shared inboxes for inquiries.
